Ultimate Cheese and Honey Grazing Board

Every party needs a gathering place, let that be your grazing board! These beautiful grazing boards are a great way to keep guests entertained while you wrap up any finishing touches.

Ultimate Cheese and Honey Grazing Board
(triple cream cheese, preserves for cheese + honey)
Serves 8-12

What you need:
1 Savannah Bee Company® Raw Honeycomb
1 (12 ounce) jar Savannah Bee Company® Honey for Cheese
1 (10 ounce) jar Peach Bourbon Cardamom Preserve for Cheese by Blackberry Patch® (or your favorite preserves)
1-pint fresh figs, quartered and halved
1/2-pound seedless red grapes
1 green pear, halved and segmented
1 red pear, halved and segmented
4 ounces of pitted dates
1 (4 ounce) wedge creamy blue cheese (we used Humboldt Fog)
1 (10 ounce) round triple cream cheese (we used St. Andre)
1 (4 ounce) wedge aged cheddar
1 (4 ounce) wedge blue cheese (we used Point Reyes)
1 (5.5 ounce) box sea salt crackers (we used Artisanal Crisp)
1 (5.5 ounce) box Artisanal Crisp Herbed Crackers

What to do:

1. Wash Up!

2. Get out your Savannah Bee Company® Raw Edge Charcuterie Board or favorite clean cutting board. Note: A beautiful platter will work too!

3. Place Large Items: Choose a space for the honeycomb, preserves, and the honey jar. We decided to go down the middle! Along the side, place your cheeses.

4. Layer Fruits and Crackers: Starting from largest to smallest, begin to place fresh fruit. Add in crackers fill space.

5. Finishing Touches: Adjust items as necessary, cut up your cheeses a little so that guests don’t feel too precious about cutting into them themselves.

Pro Tip: You can’t go wrong. Choose all your favorite cheeses and fruits. That’s what we did! And when in doubt, ask someone at the cheese counter of your local grocery store! They usually know a LOT about the cheeses.
