Our premium Acacia Honey hails from the glorious Piedmont region of Northern Italy. The clean, light vanilla taste is perfection on the palate. This single-varietal gem is made from the delicate blossoms of the Acacia tree. One taste of this fine honey, and you will be an Acacia lover forever! This is honey perfection. Acacia Honey is very rare and dependent on a variety of climatic conditions. As always, our supply is limited and will not last very long. Deliciousness in a jar

Had my first taste of Acacia honey in Paris and now I am absolutely hooked! Will not have any other kind. Light and delicious!

Made it a week without ordering more.

Savannah Bee Company came to my attention by accident really, my aunt had purchased some body products for my grandmother and that's how the addiction started. Last week, we came down to Hilton Head and made a trip to Savannah just for Savannah Bee. I wanted my kids to see about the honey, but for more selfish reasons I wanted to go on a shopping spree! I was like a kid in a candy store, until I was waiting for my kids to get done in the "beehive" so we could check out. Then I spotted it, the sample of Honey Roasted Coffee, mixed with Acacia Honey. It was so yummy I had to get some of both, the coffee and the honey. I made the terrible mistake of only purchasing the 3 oz jar. In all honesty, i've never even purchased actual honey before. I made the 30 minute drive back to Hilton Head before I cracked open that bad boy! That was my second mistake. I started eating it with a spoon, and I can't stop. I'm sure there aren't major health risks to eating 3 oz of honey in a week, I hope not anyways, because I just ordered the 20 oz bottle. By my calculations and further reading on "Honey Addiction", I think I should be able to taper down and make this bottle last 6 weeks. All in all, this honey is AMAZING, but you have been warned, this is a gateway honey..

Love In a jar

This is absolutely the best honey I've ever tasted. We bought a jar last year while on vacation and now have to stop by on our way home from this year's vacation (in another state) just to get some more. We all love it!

  • Tasting Notes

Acacia honey is our most delicate honey. This honey has a low acid content and is very light in color. Acacia honey is best eaten raw so that delicate vanilla tones can be detected. Acacia honey has a high fructose content so it resists crystallization and remains liquid for years.

  • Pairings

Brush on warm pastries or fresh bread for an added delicate sweetness.
  • Did You Know?

Acacia honey is actually produced from the nectar of the "False Acacia" tree flower. False Acacia is commonly reffered to as the Black Locust tree. This tree has been widely planted all across Europe, especially in Eastern European countries.
