Couldn't have survived the flu without it!

I recently came down with the flu and Bronchitis. If it hadn't been for herbal tea and Acacia honey I just don't think I would have "weathered the storm" as well as I did without it! Thank you!!!!!

consistently wonderful

We love this honey. The taste is noticeably wonderful! For the first time I order the larger size and the bottle is even great! Sure wish we had a store close to zip 15102.... Keep up the great work!

Great gift for self and others

I got this honey to make the Cardamom and Honey Milk recipe on the site. it was delicious! I also gave a jar with the recipe as a gift to a friend who loves chai. I figured it might be a good caffeine-free option.

Acacia honey is our most delicate honey. This honey has a low acid content and is very light in color. Acacia honey is best eaten raw so that delicate vanilla tones can be detected. Acacia honey has a high fructose content so it resists crystallization and remains liquid for years.

  • Pairings

Brush on warm pastries or fresh bread for an added delicate sweetness.
  • Did You Know?

Acacia honey is actually produced from the nectar of the "False Acacia" tree flower. False Acacia is commonly reffered to as the Black Locust tree. This tree has been widely planted all across Europe, especially in Eastern European countries.
