White Hot Chocolate

A cozy drink to enjoy after an epic sledding or skating sesh, once your boots have been loosened at aprés ski or just sitting by a popping fire. Made with our Original Whipped Honey or seasonal Winter White Whipped Honey and the love that you put into the swizzle.

White Hot Chocolate
(white chocolate, milk + whipped honey)
Servings: 2

What you need:
2 cups milk
1/4 heaping cup white chocolate chips
2 heaping tablespoons Savannah Bee Company Honey (we used  Original Whipped Honey)
1/8 teaspoon orange, vanilla or peppermint extract
Honey Marshmallows (optional)

What to do:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add the milk and heat until just lightly simmering. Add chocolate chips and whisking until melted. Whisk in whipped honey and extract of choice. Add more whipped honey if desired.
Serve warm topped with Honey Marshmallows (optional).

Pro Tip: For the littles, flavor with bubblegum extract (yes it's a thing) and garnish with colorful sprinkles.
