What should I know about billing and sales tax?

  • Your card is charged upon completion and confirmation of your online transaction. You will receive an order confirmation by email which will summarize all transactional information.
  • All returns on items purchased online will be processed in the form of an electronic transactional credit to the card originally used to make the online purchase.
  • Sales tax will be applied per the regulation of your state at the point of online sale.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply. Please note delivery days for the following services:

    • FedEx Ground (commercial addresses): Delivers Monday through Friday
    • FedEx Home (residential addresses): Delivers Tuesday through Saturday
    • FedEx Express (overnight or 2-day): Delivers Monday through Friday
    • USPS (First Class and Priority Mail): Delivers Monday through Saturday

How long will it take to arrive?

When shipping by ground methods, shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground shipments.

How much does Savannah Bee charge for shipping?

We offer an $8.70 flat-rate ground shipping option for all packages weighing less than 50 pounds being delivered within the continental United States. All other shipping options are calculated based on real-time rates. Simply enter your desired shipping method and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the live rate for you.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We send P.O. Box packages via USPS. Please allow 2-10 business days.

Does Savannah Bee Ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada. Please note that the Canadian government charges honey importers $16 for an OGD (Other Governmental Departments) recording fee. This fee will be collected by Savannah Bee at the time of checkout for all Canadian orders that contain one or more honey items. There is no OGD fee for body care or apparel items.

Can I ship to an APO address?

We send packages to military addresses via USPS. Please allow 10-17 business days.

Can you redirect a FedEX shipment once it is in transit?

Unfortunately only the sender can re-direct a shipment during transit. We are always happy to assist you in this situation; please call 1-800-955-5080 and speak with one of our Customer Experience representatives. Please note FedEx charges a $12.50 service fee for changes made to packages already in transit.

How do I return an order?

Thank you for your purchase! At Savannah Bee Company, we take great pride in our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened product for replacement, store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. Gift-with-purchase items are not eligible for replacement, credit or refund.

If your purchase was made on our website, there are two ways to initiate a return:

1. Through the website:

  • Go to and log into your account.
  • Click on the order you would like to return.
  • Click on Request Return and fill out required fields.
  • A Customer Experience representative will contact you to provide a return shipping label.
  • Place unopened items and proof of purchase securely in shipping box.

2. Through the returns portal:

  • Go to the returns portal here.
  • Fill out the required fields and print a return shipping label.
  • Place unopened items and proof of purchase securely in shipping box.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from receipt of your item to process your request. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
