I received several items from Savannah Bee for Christmas and love them all except this facial mask infuser. I opened it today and it was, as the package stated, dry. I placed the mask on per instructions and massaged. It never adhered to my face.

I received several items from Savannah Bee for Christmas and loved them all except this facial mask infuser. I opened it today and it was totally dry as the package stated. I placed it on my face per instructions with printed side on my skin and massaged to activate. Nothing happened. I took it off after 20 minutes and the mask and my skin remained dry. Nothing happened . Am I missing something here?

When I opened the product I was surprised to find out that there was no liquid. It's amazing, which is why I'm on their website to rebuy this mask.

I just tried this for the first time and it is great. It is pricier than I care for but, the quality seems excellent and it left my face feeling great!
