Roasted Turkey with Rosemary and Grill Honey


* 3/4 cup olive oil

* 3 tablespoon mined garlic

* 3 tablespoon chopped rosemary

* 2 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

* 1 tablespoon salt

* 1/4 cup Savannah Bee Grill Honey

* 12 lb turkey


Combine the first seven ingredients to make the rub. You may want to warm the honey in a saucepan over medium heat to make sure it mixes completely with the herbs and spices.

Next, take the turkey and spread the rub beneath the skin all over the turkey, as well as on the skin.

Place in oven preheated to 325 degrees for three and a half hours or until turkey reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
