Mexican Hot Chocolate with Wildflower Honey 


 6 Cups of Whole Milk

 3 Ibarra Mexican Chocolate Discs

 2 Tablespoons of Wildflower Honey 

 2 Cups Mini Marshmallows

 6 Cinnamon Sticks


  1. In a medium sauce pot on medium heat start to warm milk, chocolate, and Wildflower Honey 
  2. Slowly simmer milk constantly whisking the milk and chocolate
  3. Keep and eye on the milk so it does not bubble over
  4. When chocolate has melted and well incorporated add the hot chocolate to a mug
  5. Top off with marshmallows and a cinnamon stick to stir

Honey Whipped Coffee with Sourwood Honey


 2 Tablespoon Very Hot Water

 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee

 2 Tablespoons Sourwood Honey

 3 Cups Oat Milk

 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon


  1. In a mug add the water and put in microwave for one minute
  2. In a large mixing bowl add the instant coffee, sourwood honey, and hot water
  3. With a whisk beat the mixture for about 10 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. It should look like caramel. Set aside
  4. Heat or froth the oat milk until hot but not boiling
  5. In a clear mug add the hot oat milk ¾ the way up then add the rest with the whipped coffee
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the coffee mug

Steeped Chai Tea with Lavender Honey 


 3 Cups hot water

 4 Tablespoons Chai Loose Leaf Tea

 1 French Press

 3 Teaspoons Lavender Honey

 1 ½ Cups Oat Milk

 3 Tea Mugs


  1. Heat the water until hot but not boiling
  2. Add the Chai tea into the French press
  3. Add hot water and steep for 6 minutes
  4. In a small pot add the lavender honey and oat milk, slowly warm up, using a small whisk stir the mixture to lightly frothy
  5. Poor the tea into the mug then add desired amount of oat milk and honey mixture
