What you need:
- 2 cups pomegranate arils
- 1/3 cup Tupelo Honey, plus more to drizzle
- 1 cup coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley or mint
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
What you do:
