Homemade Honey Applesauce

You'll love this simple and healthy Homemade Honey Applesauce -- perfect for everything from latkes to lunch boxes. Choose a range of apples from tart to sweet for a deliciously balanced flavor.  We use buttery Tupelo Honey for this recipe because it complements apples so well.  Sourwood Honey and Acacia Honey are also excellent choices, but it's really up to you to choose your favorite. A subtle honey flavor will come through, so choose wisely!
