Herbed Honey Butter

Take your grilled corn to the next level with Andrea's Herbed Honey Butter. This buttery goodness- infused with herbs (or spices)- will have everyone looking for more foods to dip, scoop, and slather, calories bee damned. 

Ingredients

1 cup salted butter, softened
1/2 cup Saw Palmetto Honey
2 tablespoon minced rosemary
1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients with a hand mixer or rubber spatula until completely incorporated and minced rosemary is evenly distributed.
  2. Transfer the butter to a piece of waxed paper. Shape and roll it into a log about 6 inches in length. Scrunch the waxed paper at the ends and secure each end with twist ties.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. The butter will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving.
