Green Smoothie with Black Sage Honey

Ingredients (Makes 4-6 Servings)

2 Cucumbers

1 Lemon

1 Cup Apple Juice

1 Cup Coconut Water

1 Teaspoon Flaxseed

½ Cup Black Sage Honey

2 Cups Packed Spinach

2 Bananas Peeled

1-2 Cups of Ice

Directions

  1. Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the seeds
  2. Squeeze the lemon into a cup discard seeds
  3. Add coconut water, apple juice, flaxseed, spinach, lemon, cucumbers, bananas, and ice to the blender
  4. Blend until smooth  
  5. Add Black Sage Honey 
  6. Pour into glass enjoy
