Goat Cheese and Fig Sandwich with Whipped Honey

Who wants peanut butter and jelly when you can have this delicious and easy to make seasonal sandwich. 


 1 8 oz. Piece of Goat Cheese

 1/3 Cup Whipped Honey Original

 8 Basil Leaves

 1 Teaspoon Fresh Thyme

 1 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley

 ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt

 ½ Teaspoon Fresh Black Pepper

 1 Pint Fresh Figs

 1 Pack Cinnamon Bread


  1. In a food processor add the goat cheese, whipped honey, fresh herbs and blend well
  2. Add the salt and pepper and mix, chill in fridge
  3. Lay figs on their sides and slice the figs into thirds
  4. Lay out the cinnamon bread
  5. With a spreader or knife spread both sides of the bread with goat cheese mix
  6. Place figs on the bread in a single layer then close sandwich. 
  7. Optional Step: Toast sandwich in a pan or panini press for a warm sandwich
