Fresh Peach and Honey Cranberry Salsa

Brighten up your holiday feast with this fresh and easy Cranberry Salsa.  Toss with Savannah Honey for a sweet balance of tart and warm, spicy flavors. As always, you can sub your favorite honey. 


1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries

1 fresh jalapeños - sliced with seeds removed

 1 tbsp. fresh thyme

2 tbsp. Savannah Honey

1 tsp. lime zest

1 tbsp. lime juice

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

3/4 tsp. fresh grated ginger 

1/4 tsp. Kosher salt

1/4 tsp. Freshly ground pepper

3/4 c. sliced peaches


Mix together ingredients in a medium bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve, up to 6 hours.
