Crispy Black Sage Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These crispy black sage honey roasted brussels sprouts with goat cheese are an easy side dish that your whole family is sure to love. Consider this the only Brussel sprouts recipe you'll ever need. Thanksgiving sides have never looked this delicious! 


 3-4 Pounds of Brussels Sprouts

 3 Shallots

 6 Garlic Cloves

 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

 1 Tablespoon Black Sage Honey

 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

 1 Teaspoon Fresh Black Pepper

 1 Teaspoon Granulated Garlic

 1 8 oz. Piece of Goat Cheese

 1/3 Cup Dried Cherries 


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the hard end of the sprouts off then cut in half
  3. Peel shallots then cut into slices
  4. Peel and slice garlic
  5. Add the Brussels sprouts, shallots, garlic, oil, black sage honey, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic to a mixing bowl and toss until sprouts are covered with ingredients
  6. Lay out on a flat roasting pan and cook for 20-25 minutes until crispy and cooked through
  7. On the pan toss in the crumbled goat cheese and dried cherries and toss well
  8. Place in serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of honey
