Summer is the best time to enjoy some ribs, and one of the most common ways of cooking them is by roasting them on your grill. So instead of enjoying BBQ all summer long, you can try and spice things up with this unique recipe of black sage honey garlic ribs. Honey garlic ribs can be a great dish for a casual dinner with family and friends.
4 lbs. pork spareribs
6 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
8 tbsp black sage honey
8 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp garlic salt
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 minced cloves garlic
Step 1: Preheat the oven to about 375°. Slice your ribs into small pieces.
Step 2: Mix the garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, black sage honey in a huge bowl. Once the brown sugar is dissolved, add baking soda. Once the mixture starts to foam, you can add the ribs to the bowl and turn them to coat.
Step 3: Place foil paper on your cookie sheet, and then place the meat on it. Cover the ribs with remaining sauce and garlic salt. Let it bake for 60 minutes, making sure that you turn them after every 20 minutes. You can serve the ribs while hot.
