-Start with a quality beef tenderloin appropriate for the size crowd you're entertaining (This recipe is for the 7lb beef tenderloin pictured)
6 oz Black Sage Honey
-In a saucepan over medium heat, combine garlic, butter, honey, and shallots until melted together
-Use a piece of aluminum foil the length of the beef to turn up the edges and create a large foil boat for the marinade.
-Pour sauce over beef and Broil for 15 min
-After the first 15 minutes, cover, reduce heat to 325F, and roast for 10 minutes per pound for medium rare doneness.
