Drink this Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar Detox for three days to aid digestion, clear your system, and feel fantastic.  We recommend Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider, filtered or distilled water, as well as organic spices, lemons, and fresh ginger for a clean drinking detox.  Your all-time favorite honey will make this healthy drink tastier – which is why use Sourwood Honey.  Our rich, caramel Sourwood Honey elevates the tangy flavors of vinegar and dry turmeric.  Use a mason jar for shakability.

Ingredients

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox

16 oz filtered Water – room temperature
1 Tbsp Sourwood Honey
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
1 large Lemon – juiced
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 strip of fresh Ginger
Dash of Cinnamon

Directions

Mix together the Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon juice, and Sourwood Honey until honey starts to dissolve.  Add mix to water with turmeric, cinnamon, and a one inch strip of fresh ginger. Shake and enjoy.  This drink is most effective when taken first thing in the morning.

Let us know how it works for you!  Don’t forget about the balance, though.  This drink is great for a 3-day detox plan, but is not meant for you to enjoy long-term.  Bee sure to take some time off between periods of detox.

What is the shelf life of honey opened or unopened. I bought the whipped honey, one is opened the other not opened

Hi Florence! Honey actually never goes bad! Honey will eventually crystallize but you can heat to return it to its liquid state. If you ever see an ‘expiration date’ on honeys, they are only there because of grocery store requirements.

Why not long term? I drink a mixture of these ingredients on a daily basis – with the addition of cayenne, garlic, cumin, coriander, and black pepper. I’ve been doing this for years!

Probably always best to speak to your physician first. :))
