Shipping Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All standard United States shipping holidays apply. Please note that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Next day orders placed on Friday before 2 PM will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday, as FedEx Express does not offer Saturday delivery. In addition, orders sent FedEx ground will be delivered Tuesday - Saturday, as FedEx Ground service does not make deliveries on Monday.

How long will it take to arrive?

When shipping by ground methods, shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground shipments.

 

How much are the shipping charges?

Savannah Bee offers a Flat Rate FedEx Ground Shipping option for $7.95. All other shipping options are calculated based on real-time rates. Simply enter your desired shipping method and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the live rate for you.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We send P.O. Box packages via USPS and cannot track or predict delivery dates. Please allow up to 10 business days for P.O. Box deliveries.

DOES SAVANNAH BEE SHIP TO CANADA?

Yes, Savannah Bee does ship to Canada. Please note that the Canadian government charges honey importers $16 for an OGD (Other Governmental Departments) recording fee. This fee will be collected by Savannah Bee at the time of checkout for all Canadian orders that contain one or more honey items. There is no OGD fee for body care or apparel items. 

Do you ship to destinations outside the US?

Yes, we ship to destinations in the U.K. via Wishbox. Check it out!

Can I ship to an APO address?

We have added shipping to military addresses!

Can you redirect a FedEX shipment once it is in transit?

Unfortunately only the sender can re-direct a shipment during transit. We are always happy to assist you in this situation. Please call 1-800-955-5080 to re-direct a shipment.
