As pure and raw as it gets, Savannah Bee Company's Local Wildflower Honey is collected from white holly, gallberry, a little saw tooth palmetto, or maybe tulip poplar. The flavor depends on the remote Georgia wildflower blossoms and the whimsy of the bees. This bright golden honey is rich and luscious, making it the perfect topping to a peanut butter and banana sandwich or a steamy latte. Our Wildflower Honey is Tupelo's little sister, she is Georgia in a jar! KSA Kosher Certified.

Turned me into a honey lover!

I've never been a fan of honey, ever. My husband and I happened to stumble into the store on river street during our vacation in Savannah and I tried this honey and fell in love. I won't have my tea any other way now. I am completely obsessed and purchasing more!!

Love the honey!

My husband is a Honey lover! I purchased the Tupelo previously and now the Wildflower. Both are like no other honey we have tried. I will continue to purchase him Savannabee honey until we get to try them all and than start all over! Love these products!

  • Tasting Notes

Sometimes here at Savannah Bee we refer to our Georgia Wildflower honey as the little sister of our Signature Tupelo Honey. Our Wildflower honey is slightly darker than Tupelo honey but maintains a similar texture and viscosity. Wildflower honey is thick, rich and loaded with pollen. This honey is complex in flavor and a wee bit sweeter than Tupelo honey. Wildflower honey is a robust and perfect "all around" honey. Eat wildflower honey raw or baked into cookies and sweet-breads. Raw Wildflower honey tastes as if it were spun directly from the comb, because it was! It just doesn't get any fresher.

  • Pairings

Wildflower honey is the perfect "all around" honey. We reccomment it drizzled in yogurt or on buttermilk biscuits.
  • Did You Know?

WIldflower honey is a polyfloral honey variety. This means that many different types of flower nectar were collected by our bees to create this delightful honey product. You may recognize notes of holly and gallberry in this local Georgia favorite!
