Sensitive Skin Royal Jelly Body Butter – Staff Review

RJBB SS Open Box 300 DPIWho would’ve thought that Savannah Bee could improve on such an awesome product as the Royal Jelly Body Butter? It’s a top-selling body care product in retail stores, it’s been featured in multiple magazines, it has countless customer rave reviews, and all anyone has to do to fall in love with it is dab some on. Well, almost anyone. We tested all of the ingredients in our Royal Jelly Body Butter formula and found that the two ingredients most likely to initiate and allergic reaction in individuals with very sensitive skin were the essential oils in the blackberry scent and the rose of clay (a base ingredient used for color and texture).

So what did Savannah Bee do? We took an already amazing product, kept the same base, removed the two ingredients that had the potential to cause a reaction for people with very sensitive skin. Then we added chamomile, myrrh and lemon zest to make it even more calming, soothing, and so mild. Because it no longer has rose of clay, the new Sensitive Skin Body Butter is smoother and feels silkier when you apply it to your skin. That paired with the relaxing scent of chamomile makes for a spa-like experience without even leaving your home. And of course, it still has royal jelly, one of my favorite gifts from the hive. Known to extend the queen bee’s lifespan by at least four times, royal jelly may also promote cell regeneration, which is perfect for blemishes, scars, wrinkles, and even more serious skin irritations like eczema and psoriasis. With an appealing new scent and silky feel, this is easily my new favorite Savannah Bee product. I know I’m going to be using the Sensitive Skin Royal Jelly Body Butter every day!
